Abstract:International audienceThis paper presents a multi-objective methodology for the Transmission Expansion Planning (TEP) problem when uncertainty in demand and large wind generation is considered. The proposed scheme is based on Reduced Scenario Methodology (RSM) to represent the uncertainty set.
