The trend towards increasing biofuel blending mandates in several countries has raised a sustainability trilemma, especially for biofuels derived from palm oil. This study aims to find the most sustainable hydrogen production technology for the production of hydrogenated vegetable oil (HVO) and biofuel blending. It assesses the sustainability of palm‐oil‐derived biofuel blending of biodiesel (FAME), HVO, and petroleum diesel. There are three hydrogen production options for HVO: steam methane reforming (SMR), biomass gasification (BG), and electrolysis from solar energy (PVELC). The use of any production option depends on a combination of fuel quality standards and the prioritized sustainability considerations. The fuel quality aspects consist of constraints on the quality of the blend based on EURO‐2, EURO‐4, and EURO‐5 fuel standards, while sustainability priorities lead to varying policy preferences involving economic, environmental, and social sustainability considerations. There are two approaches to determine the most sustainable blend: using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and using the sustainability index. The results show that scenarios that favor the economic dimension tend to produce a higher FAME blend, whereas those that prioritize the environment emphasize higher HVO blending with PVELC as the hydrogen production technology. Finally, any scenario that prefers the social aspects tends to produce higher biofuel blending. Overall, to achieve higher sustainability, higher biofuel blending is needed. The policy analysis section concludes that the biofuel policy direction should focus more on combining HVO and FAME so that each can offset the disadvantages of the other. © 2022 Society of Chemical Industry and John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

A dynamic mutation probability formula is utilized to optimize the model. In order to solve the logistics warehouse path problem, the ant colony optimization algorithm, optimized by a genetic algorithm, is employed to construct a logistics warehouse path optimization model. This model effectively optimizes the logistics warehouse paths. Test results comparing the convergence and distribution of non-inferior solutions demonstrated that the proposed model outperforms others in terms of convergence and non-inferior solution distribution. In practical logistics warehouse optimization, applying the proposed model to optimize cargo locations can significantly enhance the effectiveness of the objective function. The optimization resulted in improvements for all four objective functions related to cargo location, with reduction rates of 10.38%, 30.88%, 51.78%, and 88.49%, respectively. For the optimization of logistics warehouse paths, the original distance was 47.6m, which was reduced to 27.8m after optimization. Consequently, the picking distance decreased by 41.60%.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara sistematis tentang perkembangan atau tren pembangunan ekonomi hijau (green economy) di Indonesia dalam satu dasawarsa terakhir. Dinamika pembangunan ekonomi hijau dan pembangunan berkelanjutan senantiasa menjadi isu penting dalam setiap program pemerintah. Namun demikian implementasinya masih multi tafsir dengan berbagai sentimen positif atau negatif yang lebih kental dengan ekonomi politik. Makalah ini berupaya untuk melakukan pemetaan terhadap implementasi konsep pembangunan ekonomi hijau di berbagai bidang sub sektor ekonomi dan berbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Serta berupaya mengidentifikasi berbagai isu negatif yang menjadi penghalang implementasinya. Makalah ini disusun dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan sistematic review yang bersumber pada data sekunder seperti buku referensi, artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional, artikel pada berita online, laporan instansi pemerintah, dan berbagai sumber data sekunder lainnya yang relevan. Makalah ini diharapkan mampu menghadirkan sebuah rekomendasi ilmiah sebagai dasar studi lanjutan dalam konsep pembangunan ekonomi hijau.
