In the era of the knowledge-based economy, the active branch of information technology plays a crucial role. The enterprise administration covers efficient changes, and it has been entered in the age of reasonable management argument. The standard enterprise financial review evaluation centers on the importance of bondholders. The investor takes operational data as an issue and pays surveillance to the study of material attraction and the result. Otherwise, it is not intelligent to adjust in a modern marketplace period. Therefore, enterprise financial directing the interests of shareholders and business policies that are taking into account stakeholders’ needs is continually investigated in the future lively competition. In that view, accumulating data is an essential research tool to draw the researchers’ recent attention during the knowledge investigation. In this research, multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) approach has been proposed for the enterprise financial performance evaluation. To this view, financial performance evaluation has been done with intuitionistic fuzzy arguments. We apply new Dombi hybrid operators such as the intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi hybrid average (IFDHWA) operator and intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi hybrid geometric (IFDHWG) operator. These operators have a good advantage of adaptability in the working parameter. Finally, a realistic instance for enterprise financial performance is reported following comment on the benefit or utility of the recommended output.

Performance measurement has a vital role in almost every field of life especially when uncertainty is involved in processing information. The purpose of this research is to use the concept of power aggregation operators (PAOs) of complex T-spherical fuzzy sets (CTSFSs) to analyze the performance measures of software packages. In comparison to other studies, the main advantage of the PAOs of CTSFSs is its ability to feature four possible aspects of the information under uncertainty. In a CTSFSs, each component has further two aspects denoted by their amplitude and phase terms and hence provide us a better ground to deal with practical problems. Another advantage of using PAOs for performance evaluation is the involvement of the relationship of the input arguments that play an essential role in aggregation. Other traditional aggregation operators do not have such capabilities. We aim to develop complex T-spherical fuzzy (TSF) power weighted averaging (CTSFPWA) and complex TSF power weighted geometric (CTSFPWG) operators and evaluated their validity using some tests. Ultimately, using the recommended operators, multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) algorithm is established for the performance evaluation of the software packages. With the help of a numerical example, we demonstrated the proposed MADM algorithm using complex uncertain information. The results show a positive impact by analyzing them after a comparative analysis where the results obtained using complex TSF PAOs seems to be more reliable than the results obtained by using previously developed aggregation operators (AOs).To see the effectiveness of the algorithm, the results are numerically compared by using some existing approaches, and conclusions are drawn.

Although fuzzy set concepts have evolved, neutrosophic sets are attracting more attention due to the greater power of the structure of neutrosophic sets. The ability to account for components that are true, false or neither true nor false is useful in the resolution of real-life problems. However, simultaneous variations render neutrosophic sets unsuitable in specific circumstances. To enable the management of these sorts of issues, we combine the principle of multi-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic sets and complex fuzzy sets to develop the principle of multivalued complex neutrosophic uncertain linguistic sets. Multi-valued complex neutrosophic uncertain linguistic sets can contain grades of truth, abstinence, and falsity, and uncertain linguistic terms, which are expressed as complex numbers whose real and imaginary parts are limited to the unit interval. Some important Dombi laws are elaborated along with Bonferroni mean operators, which offer a flexible general structure with modifiable factors. Bonferroni means aggregation operators perform a significant role in conveying the magnitude level of options and characteristics. To determine relationships among any number of attributes, we develop multi-valued complex neutrosophic uncertain linguistic Dombi-normalized weighted Bonferroni mean operators and discuss their important properties with some special cases. By using these laws, we can deploy the multi-attribute decisionmaking (MADM) technique using the novel principle of multi-valued complex neutrosophic uncertain linguistic sets. To determine the power and flexibility of the elaborated approach, we resolve some numerical examples based on the proposed operator. Finally, the work is validated with the help of comparative analysis, a discussion of its advantages, and geometric expressions of the elaborated theories.
