Multi-centre analysis of networks and genes modulated by hypothalamic stimulation in patients with aggressive behaviours

Abstract: Deep brain stimulation targeting the posterior hypothalamus (pHyp-DBS) is being investigated as a treatment for refractory aggressive behaviour, but its mechanisms of action remain elusive.
