Multi‐attribute Model for Estimation of Retail Centres Influence on the City Structure. Kaunas City Case Study

Abstract: This paper concerns multi‐attribute decision support methodology applied to analyze the impact of retail centres on the city as a complex system. Influence on the city is described as the sum of effects the retail centres give to the quality of life to the neighborhood and other city population, the work of city transportation system, architectural and urban perception of the city.
