Multi-Attribute Group Decision-Making Based on Interval-Valued q-Rung Orthopair Fuzzy Power Generalized Maclaurin Symmetric Mean Operator and Its Application in Online Education Platform Performance Evaluation

Abstract: This paper aims to propose a novel multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) method based on interval-valued q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets (IVq-ROFSs). The IVq-ROFSs have been proved to be effective in handling MAGDM problems, and several novel decision-making methods have been proposed. Nevertheless, it is worth pointing out that these approaches still have some limitations, and there still exist some realistic situations that cannot be solved by existing MAGDM methods. Hence, the objective of this paper is… Show more

“…Cubic or Fermatean fuzzy sets, established by Hirota et al [17] in 2007, are a variation of classical fuzzy sets that give a more adaptable and powerful foundation for handling uncertainty and ambiguity. Some aggregation operators, such as the generalized AOs developed by Zhao et al [18] as well as generalized geometric AOs by Tan et al [19] under the environment of IFS. We explore the MD and NMD in IFS, but we neglect the neutral degree in this work, therefore to cover these gaps in 2014, Cuong et al [20] offered the name “picture fuzzy set,” a summed up type of Uncertainties and FS that has three enrollment degrees: positive, unbiased, and negative, with the prerequisite that the amount of these three participation degrees is not exactly or equivalent to one.…”

[ 12 ] presented the impression of the MAGDM problem through interval-valued neutrosophic (IVN) information, and the application of MAGDM based on the interval-valued hesitant Einstein-prioritized AOs discussed in Ref.…”
