Abstract:In this paper, we introduce a distance measure on single-valued neutrosophic sets by sine function which is a generalization of intuitionistic fuzzy sine distance measure. The axiom of metric on single-valued neutrosophic sets is verified and shows that the difference of distance measure from unity is a similarity measure. A new methodology for multi-attribute decision-making problems (MADM) is developed for the most common decision by the smallest measure value of the proposed single-valued neutrosophic dista… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
