Abstract:The multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) methods can deeply mine hidden information in data and make a more reliable decision with actual needs and human cognition. For this reason, this paper proposes the bipolar N-soft PROMETHEE (preference ranking organization method for enrichment of evaluation) method.
