Müllerian cyst in posterior mediastinum: A report of a case

Abstract: HighlightsThere are little reports of Mullerian cyst in posterior mediastinum.Most of them are diagnosed followed by surgery.Immunohistochemical examination is warranted to avoid misdiagnosis of cyst in posterior mediastinum.
