Abstract:This study was designed to test whether Mucuna pruriens, a natural source of L-dihydroxyphenylalanine (L-DOPA, a dopamine precursor) feeding, can influence development and reproductive conditions in the high food value bird, Japanese quail, Coturnix coturnix japonica.
