MSstatsShiny: A GUI for Versatile, Scalable, and Reproducible Statistical Analyses of Quantitative Proteomic Experiments

Abstract: Liquid chromatography coupled with bottom-up mass spectrometry (LC-MS/ MS)-based proteomics is a versatile technology for identifying and quantifying proteins in complex biological mixtures.
