mSOAR: an effective bedside stroke prognosis tool

Abstract: The modifi ed-SOAR (mSOAR) score is composed of the stroke subtype, Oxfordshire Community Stroke Project classifi cation, age, pre-stroke modifi ed Rankin score (mRS) and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score.
