Abstract: Rationale: Central neurocytoma occurring outside the ventricles is known as extraventricular neurocytoma (EVN). EVN is rare and its magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings vary greatly and overlap with the imaging features of other intracerebral primary tumors.
