“…To the best of our knowledge, the longitudinal assessment of LS for estimation of DHVPG has not been published previously. Instead of HVPG measurement, elastography including transient elastography has emerged as a noninvasive method to estimate the severity of portal hypertension (8,14,15,(22)(23)(24).
