As a direct result of this research, and with close involvement of KS patients and KS patient bodies, the author's KS MDT service now includes a pediatric and adolescent transition KS MDT clinic, which include a psychiatrist and plastic surgeon specialized in management of gynaecomastia ( 19 ).
