MP2P Resource Node Selection Strategy Based on Altruism and Bayesian Game

Abstract: Considering the changes of MP2P topology due to the limitation of the capability, the unreliable and the churn of the node, the paper proposes a efficiency and safety resource node selection strategy based on Altruism and Bayesian Game in MP2P network. Firstly, obtaining the resource node altruism degree from the value of the contribution and profit of the node . Secondly, adopting the static Bayesian Game theory to connect the resource nodes, the strategy can increase the downloading resources quantity and en… Show more

“…This system greatly reduces the number of nodes participating in the query operation and reduces the number of routing nodes, thereby reducing the network load and improving system performance. Therefore, the number and stability of super nodes is one of the key factors in the performance of the entire network structure [5][6][7][8]. At present, a random node selection algorithm and a flood selection algorithm are generally used in a P2P system to select a super node.…”
