Foreign body granulomatosis with calcitriol mediated hypercalcemia has been only reported a single time previously [ 2 ], and here we report a second case. What makes this case unique is the presence of pulmonary granulomatosis, discovered incidentally during workup, theorized to be secondary to hematologic spread of the injected material.…”
