Moxifloxacin–acetaminophen–warfarin interaction during bacille Calmette-Guérin treatment for bladder cancer

Abstract: An 89-year-old man receiving long-term anticoagulation with warfarin had supratherapeutic INRs after receiving acetaminophen and moxifloxacin as prophylaxis during BCG therapy for bladder cancer.
