Abstract: Molecular electronic devices have gained extensive interest, owing to their low‐cost fabrication, easy characterization, low voltage operations, fast response to external stimuli, and innumerable applications that are not possible with the existing complementary metal‐oxide semiconductor (CMOS)‐based devices.
