Movement of the Trash Inside of Fiber Material When Available Elastic Force of Clutch

Abstract: In the article, the motions of the magpies inside the fibrous material are studied in the presence of an elastic bonding force and the force of dry friction. It is assumed that the volatility of raw cotton in the form of a ball hits the initial velocity about the grate, and after the impact the velocity of the center of mass of the volatility is zero. Until the moment of impact, the mote is located along the beam, which tilts to the horizon and has the same velocity with the center of the fly, and after the im… Show more

“…In the studies conducted by applying heat to the screw cleaner, it was found that increasing the speed of the hot air supplied for drying cotton from 2.5 m/sec to 7.0 m/sec accelerates the process of evaporation of moisture from the cotton content [3,4]. Also, the cleaning efficiency of the improved equipment has been increased by 7Γ·8%, and the amount of impurities and defects in the fiber produced in the proposed technological process has been reduced by 0.2Γ·0.3% compared to the existing technological process [5]. In addition, the fuel consumption used for drying high-grade cotton has been reduced by 2.0 times compared to the existing technological process [6,7].…”

“…It has been found that when the drying process is carried out on the basis of ceramics for effective drying of cotton, it is possible to save the electric energy used for drying, to dry the cotton with high quality, but it is not cleaned of small impurities during the drying process [3]. Many scientific researches have been carried out on the technology of drying cotton, cleaning it from small and large impurities [4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]. It is known that the new technology of effective cleaning of small impurities in cotton by removing moisture in the process of cotton drying differs from the previous ones in its constructive advantages [5].…”
