Abstract

Daniel Parker comments: John Dalton is right that pheasants will be released earlier (provided that the gamekeepers are ready to take them), but I did say 'game birds' in the article, which includes partridge. To be strictly correct, perhaps I should have said 'reared from six to 14 weeks'.
