Motivation for Night Work and Parents’ Work-to-Family Conflict and Life Satisfaction

Abstract: Purpose - I test the hypothesis that the effects of evening and night employment on working parents’ work-to-family conflict and life satisfaction depend on the reasons that individuals name for their schedules.
