The aim is to analyze the effects of leadership on the motivation of individuals and to verify the correlation between these processes. For both, are considered important theories that underpin the perception of similarity of concepts analyzed. Besides literature, is exposed a case study on the subject, through a survey applied to employees of the organ, allowing a quantitative analysis of the results. From the data analysis, we observed the predominance of a transformational leadership approach, the perception of those involved in research, in addition to a highly satisfactory reaction in relation to the motivational aspect of experienced leadership, reinforcing the idea of cause and effect between such concepts.
