Moscow Sanitary Organization at the turning point of epochs

Abstract

The article analyzes the prerequisites for the formation and formation of the Moscow sanitary organization at the beginning of the twentieth century. The main aspects characterizing the sanitary and epidemic situation at the turn of the century and in the first years after the revolution of 2017 are presented. The names of the first members of the Moscow Sanitary Organization, including those who had served in its ranks by the time of the official recognition of the position in 1922 — sanitary doctor, are named.
