Abstract:Context and objective. Late fetal death (LFD) refers to spontaneous in utero death (IUD) at 28 weeks of age or more, but before the onset of labor, which is a tragedy for the mother, her family members and caring staff. This study seeks to determine its frequency, associated factors, and methods of labor induction in Kisangani.
