Abstract:Transparent Conductive Oxide (TCO) is the main component for solar cell fabrication. One of the promising types of TCO is fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO). The method used in depositing the conductive layer of FTO is spray pyrolysis with an ultrasonic nebulizer.
