Morphological Investigation of Protein Crystals by Atomic Force Microscopy

Abstract: In this review, we discuss the progress in the investigation of macromolecular crystals obtained through the use of atomic force microscopy (AFM), a powerful tool for imaging surfaces and specimens at high resolution.
