Abstract: This study was carried out to determine the effect of sodium nitroprusside (SNP), a nitric oxide (NO) exogenous donor, and NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME), a NO inhibitor, on the development of chicken embryos by injected into the egg.
