Morphological and molecular genetic diagnosis of CADASIL: a rare clinical case

Abstract: Background: Cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) is a hereditary autosomal dominant vascular injury of the brain.
