Abstract:Subcapsular small cortical cells (SC cells) and subcapsular large cortical cells (LC cells) of bovine adrenal cortex were cultured separately after purification by unit gravity sedimentation, and then compared with inner half layer cells (IL cells) prepared by the same method.
