Morphological and functional aspects of neurosecretory process in hypothalamic nuclei in heart failure

Abstract: Hypothalamus studied in 18 men who died from injuries, acute coronary insufficiency and congestive heart failure. In the supraoptic (SOY) and paraventricular (PVN) nuclei determined percentage neurocyte that are in various phases of neurosecretory cycle. Calculated the index of the functional activity of the nuclei.
