Abstract: Background: Listeria monocytogenes (L. monocytogenes) is a global opportunistic intracellular pathogen that can cause many diseases, including meningitis and abortion in humans and animals; thus, L. monocytogenes poses a great threat to public safety and the development of the aquaculture industry.
