More than numbers: preprocedural multislice computed tomography analysis in a patient undergoing transcatheter aortic valve implantation

Abstract: Multislice computed tomography (MSCT) has emerged as an integral part of patient evaluation in transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI). Beyond sizing, it offers valuable information especially in challenging anatomies and helps to provide accurate dimensions and highlight potential pitfalls.
