More than a buzz word: Building diversity, equity, and inclusion into pharmacy residency recruitment

Abstract: Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are increasingly recognized as important within the health care environment, however, persons of marginalized backgrounds remain underrepresented in the health care workforce.
