Alveoler kemik greftleme amacıyla iliak krestin donör alan olarak kullanılması, genel olarak hasta Yücesan ve Alkaya tarafından iyi tolere edilmektedir ve estetik olarak kabul edilebilir bir skar oluşturmaktadır (21,22). Alveoler yarık onarımında otojen kemiğin üstünlüğünden ve gerekli miktarda kemik grefti alınmasına olanak tanımasından dolayı çalışmamızda anterior iliak krestten alınan kortikokansellöz kemik grefti tercih edildi.…”
