Moral Intensity

Abstract: Ethical decision making processes include moderation by individual and situational factors. Moral intensity, as a situational factor, refers to the intensity, or strength, of the ethical issue itself. Moral intensity is a function of six different dimensions which influence how an individual might decide about the issue.
