Moral courage in nursing: A concept analysis

Abstract: This preliminary clarification warrants further exploring through theoretical and philosophical literature, expert opinions, and empirical research to gain validity and reliability for its application in nursing practice.

“…In terms of job performance, these can be the actions and behaviours of individuals that contribute to organizational goals (Rotundo, 2002;Wong & Laschinger, 2013).
