Moored Ship in Ice

Abstract: Moored ship means a ship to be secured or fixed to some bodies by using cables, lines, or anchors. The ship is often used to assist underwater activities such as diving, seeking, and retrieval. It could also be used to perform oil and gas exploration or exploitation at seas.
