Monolithic chips sets for linearizer pre-amplifier solid state driver units to TWTs

Abstract: Modern high power amplifiers for communication purposes in satellites will consist of solid-state power amplifier subsystems with integrated predistortion linearizer (SSPA) and short travelling wave tube (STWT).
