Monoclonal antibodies against human CD34 antigens do not cross-react with ovine umbilical cord blood cells

Abstract: CD34 is a cell surface glycoprotein expressed by hematopoietic progenitors and endothelial cells. It is widely used in the clinic for isolation of human hematopoietic stem cells.
