Monitoring recovery after CNS demyelination, a novel tool to de-risk pro-remyelinating strategies

Abstract: In multiple sclerosis, while remarkable progress has been accomplished to control the inflammatory component of the disease, repair of demyelinated lesions is still an unmet need.
