Abstract:Red solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIFB) is closely related to the photosynthetically active radiation absorbed by chlorophyll. The scattering and reabsorption of SIFB by the vegetation canopy significantly change the spectral intensity and shape of SIF, which affects the relationship between SIF and crop stress. To address this, we propose a method of modifying SIFB using SIF spectral shape characteristic parameters to reduce this influence. A red pseudokurtosis (PKB) parameter that can characterize … Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
