Monitoring of parameters of functional and cost analysis of personnel processes of the enterprise quality management system

Abstract: The paper considers the fundamentals of personnel processes in the quality management system (QMS) of an enterprise based on the methodology of functional cost analysis (FCA). The expediency of integrating and applying FCA technology into personnel processes of the enterprise’s QMS is justified.
