This study is devoted to improving the energy efficiency of urban infrastructure systems (UISs), in particular, the centralized water supply of a city multifloor manufacturing cluster (CMFMC), by developing the principles of effective energy consumption management. The CMFMCs are located in the residential area of a megapolis and include manufacturing and service enterprises, residential and non-residential buildings, and a city logistics node. Demand monitoring and identification of the influence of seasonal and social environmental factors on its fluctuations is considered as a tool for identifying changes in the operating conditions of the water supply system (WSS) for the CMFMC facilities. To identify the typical operating conditions of water supply facilities, an approach is proposed that involves the analysis of daily water consumption profiles (WCPs). The formation of a database, the formation of groups of the same type of daily WCPs, and the construction of typical daily WCPs for typical groups and their description are the main stages of the proposed approach. The database contains a set of classification characteristics that describe the daily water consumption and its unevenness, as well as the shape of the daily WCP. The principal component analysis was applied to determine the dominant components of daily water consumption. A set of morphometric parameters was used to describe the shape of the daily WCPs. The methods of cluster and discriminant analysis were used to identify the influence of seasonality and social factors on water consumption and to form groups of the same type of daily WCPs. The analysis of sets of similar type of daily WCPs for typical days of typical seasons was carried out for a formalized description of the typical operating conditions of water supply facilities. The results of the analysis are the clarification of the equations of the dominant components of daily water consumption, the determination of the average values of the characteristics of daily water consumption, and the construction and description of typical daily WCPs for typical operating conditions of water supply facilities. The research results were obtained on the basis of the data of the monitoring systems for water supply enterprises in Ukraine and Poland in 2021–2022. The obtained results are the basis for planning the water supply process and adjusting the operation modes of WSS pumping stations for the CMFMC, as well as planning power consumption for typical operating conditions, which will contribute to increasing the efficiency of water and electricity use.

The purpose of the article is to improve the quality of the assessment of the efficiency of electricity consumption by electrotechnical complexes of coal mines due to the use of a multidimensional comparison with the application of various ranking rules. The study is devoted to the development of the organization of the assessment of the level of energy efficiency of electrotechnical complexes of coal mines. One of the main components of increasing the level of energy efficiency assessment of coal mines is the implementation of measures regarding the use and implementation of an adequate assessment of the level of their energy use. For this, it is necessary to apply such an evaluation mechanism that would allow to evaluate and analyze indicators that have an unequal effect on the efficiency of electricity use. It is relevant in this direction to determine the universal rules of the assessment procedure, which cover all the key areas of monitoring the level of energy efficiency using the ranking of coal mines. The result of ranking is a certain number of ratings by which the level of energy efficiency is assessed. Therefore, for research purposes, a procedure for evaluating the energy efficiency of electrotechnical complexes of coal mines is proposed, which is based on a multidimensional comparison of efficiency indicators through ranking according to different rules. At the same time, indicators that have the greatest impact on electricity consumption are taken into account. The ranks of coal mines according to energy efficiency have been determined. The assessment criteria were specific electricity consumption, mining and production of coal. It is shown that ranking rules make it possible to determine coal mines that are better or worse in terms of energy efficiency. It is proven that the use of the proposed energy efficiency assessment procedure ensures the reliability of management actions aimed at increasing the level of energy efficiency of the energy consumption system of electrical engineering complexes of coal mines.

Parameters of the technical condition of transportation means in modern transport-logistics and infrastructure systems are an integral element of their communication support. This is enabled by the use of remote information monitoring technologies in control processes. The object of this study is the processes of vehicle remote monitoring in terms of determining the technical condition. The work addressed the task of improving the process of vehicle technical operation through the construction of a model of the remote monitoring system of its technical condition. A remote version of the information-analytical monitoring system was implemented. The work considers the system interaction of the means of remote monitoring of the state of a vehicle to ensure control under the operating conditions of the driver's work and rest modes. Road, transport, climatic conditions, etc. were taken into account. Considering these features, an information and analytical model of the system for remote monitoring of vehicle condition was built. Features of the subject area of the system are described using a DFD diagram. A structured information model of the information-communication system has been constructed, which has the ability to actually provide vehicle remote monitoring, the driver's work and rest modes, and his/her physical condition. The results, subject to the use of the V2I information model in the field of transport, allow remote monitoring of the vehicle technical condition.
