Advances in informatics technologies have enabled new ways of attention in a health-care system. This kind of approach is commonly referred as a telemedicine. In this context, this work proposes an environment that facilitates the execution of a specific protocol of physical rehabilitation on a patient by a health care specialist through tele-operating technical aids. For this purpose, a service-oriented architecture was designed and implemented. In addition, considering the dynamics of the system oriented to occurrence of discrete events, formal modelling tool known as Coloured Petri Nets were used for validation and verification. Finally, numerous rehabilitation protocols were tested without presenting alterations with respect to the technical model.

ABSTRACT:Providing Healthcare to rural population has been a challenge to the medical service providers especially in developing countries. For this to be effective, scalable and sustainable, certain strategic decisions have to be taken during the planning phase. Also, there is a big gap between the services available and the availability of doctors and medical resources in rural areas. Use of Information Technology can aid this deficiency to a good extent. In this paper, a mobile application has been developed to gather data from the field. A cloud based interface has been developed to store the data in the cloud for effective usage and management of the data. A decision tree based solution developed in this paper helps in diagnosing a patient based on his health parameters. Interactive geospatial maps have been developed to provide effective data visualization facility. This will help both the user community as well as decision makers to carry out long term strategy planning.

É crescente o número de ferramentas Web que adotam crowdsourcing, via anotações colaborativas em mapas, como modelo de resolução de problemas e produção de dados. Várias delas permitem aos usuários anotar incidentes de diferentes tipos no mapa, como incidentes relacionados à segurança, saúde e transporte. Idealmente, estas iniciativas deveriam oferecer dados abertos, possibilitando o compartilhamento das anotações e do conhecimento gerado, com consequente melhoria no mapeamento e na resolução de incidentes. Este artigo propõe uma abordagem de produção de anotações abertas e semânticas de incidentes em Mapas, permitindo a interoperabilidade das anotações e da semântica do conhecimento gerado a partir delas. A abordagem proposta é adotada e testada no nosso sistema crowdsourcing OurMap.
