Monitoring Atmospheric Turbulence Evolution by Thin Laser Beams

Abstract: Use of thin beam wandering is described, to monitor the evolution of atmospheric turbulence both to characterize anisotropy and non stationary situations. Results from experiments made in the laboratory as well as in the open air are represented.
