“…Prospect Theory (Kahneman and Tversky 1979) is useful in that it reconciles classical economic theory with psychological factors, including perception and value expressions such as risk, alongside intuitive reasoning, and so argues that rationality is "bounded" (Correia, Kozak, and Tão 2014).
