Molybdenum Sulfide Prepared by Atomic Layer Deposition: Synthesis and Characterization

Abstract

I first want to thank my family who has supported me through everything and never stopped believing in me. I need to thank my adviser who also supported me through all the trying times of my Ph.D. I also need to thank Dr. Jeffrey Elam and Dr. Anil Mane for all their help and generosity while at Argonne.
