Molecular Phylodiagnosis of Taenia hydatigena from Stray Dogs in Erbil Province-Kurdistan Region/Iraq

Abstract: Taenia hydatigena is one of the most prevalent taeniid species of livestock and dogs. A total of 52 fecal samples were collected from September 2019 to May 2020. The highest prevalence rate was observed in Rural area (21.15%, 11/52), as compared to Urban area (15.38%, 8/52).
