Molecular Interaction Studies of Phenol With Acetaldehyde Using Ultrasonic and Ftir Technique

Abstract: The densities ( ), viscosities ( ) and ultrasonic velocities (U) were measured for the binary mixtures of Phenol with Acetaldehyde at 303K.Excess volumes (VmE), isentropic compressibilities (ksE) and isentropic compressibilities (ksE) were determined from these experimental findings. To obtain their coefficients and standard deviations, the excess or deviation properties were based on Redlich-Kister polynomial equation. Depending on the molecular interactions between the components of hetero molecules, the exc… Show more

“…[1,2] Findings of research proved that the ultrasonic speed, DOI: 10.1002/masy.202300047 viscosity, and density and their allied parameters perform a great role in finding the molecular interaction in the mixtures of various liquids. Numbers of ultrasonic studies are done using alcohols, [3][4][5][6] ketones, [7][8][9] amines, [10,11] etc. These data are found helpful in the paint industry, [12] pharmaceutical industry, [13] automobile industry, [14] food industry, [15] etc.…”
